These Terms govern use of Bubble: Drop Your Moments and related services provided by Umut Öztosun (“Bubble,” “we,” “us”). By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, Privacy Notice, and Coins & Purchases Terms.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep access to your Apple, Google, or passwordless email account secure, and notify us at support@bubblehere.com if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by Bubble’s failure to protect the service.
One person may not use multiple accounts or devices to evade enforcement, manipulate activity, farm Coins, repeat introductory offers, or mislead others. Handles and display names do not give ownership of a trademark or identity.
The Bubble service
Bubble provides map-first discovery, creation and viewing of location-anchored content, social features, messaging, virtual items, subscriptions, moderation, and related tools. Features may vary by region, account state, device, app version, configuration, access mode, location, moderation, store availability, and network.
Global map browsing does not grant access to every Bubble. Bubble Zone, Pop Radius, Private price, friendship, block, expiry, moderation, and other server checks determine access. Bubble is not an emergency, navigation, dispatch, or live-person tracking service.
Content and license
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights of others. You give Bubble a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for as long as needed to host, store, reproduce, encode, adapt for format/accessibility, transmit, display to authorized audiences, moderate, secure, and operate your content within the service. This license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except for authorized copies already made by others, backups awaiting expiry, and restricted evidence/records retained under the Privacy Notice.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content, including people shown or heard, music and other protected material, and any location context you provide. Do not upload content that violates the Community Guidelines or another person’s rights.
Bubble may reject, hold, reduce visibility, remove, label, expire, or restrict content and accounts to operate the product, enforce rules, protect safety, comply with valid requirements, or respond to technical/security risk. A Memory label, moderation state, access state, or paid status may not be altered to mislead users.
Location and safety
Use location features only with permission and without exposing, stalking, or endangering another person. Do not place content at a residence, school, shelter, healthcare location, emergency, or restricted facility in a way that creates risk. Device location can be inaccurate or manipulated; do not rely on Bubble for personal safety, emergency response, proof of presence, or directions.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- violate the Community Guidelines, law, contracts, intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or safety rights;
- access another account, locked media, exact coordinates, private systems, or service credentials without authorization;
- scrape, enumerate, reverse engineer, probe, overload, disrupt, automate abusive activity, bypass rate limits, or distribute malware;
- forge location, time, capture source, entitlement, purchase, friendship, access, price, balance, report, or provider event;
- sell accounts, access grants, subscriptions, Coins, or Bubble content outside approved store/product flows;
- copy or use Bubble branding, visual assets, code, or proprietary Bubble icon system beyond permitted use.
Coins, purchases, and subscriptions
Apple/Google store terms and the Bubble Coins & Purchases Terms apply. Coins are virtual items with no cash value, no cash-out, and no direct transfer. Prices and billing terms are shown by the store before confirmation. Server verification determines whether Coins or Bubble+ are granted.
Bubble+ does not remove Private Bubble prices and does not guarantee reach, discovery, views, Pops, social responses, or rewards. Deleting a Bubble account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; use Manage Subscription before deletion.
Third-party services
Bubble depends on Apple, Google, maps, Supabase, RevenueCat, OneSignal, app stores, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, moderation, and other providers. Their separate terms may apply to their services. Bubble is not responsible for third-party content or services outside Bubble’s control, but will provide product fallbacks where described.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Bubble or request deletion at any time. Bubble may limit or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal restrictions, provider/store requirements, or prolonged service discontinuation. Where appropriate, the Safety Center shows the decision and available appeal. Termination does not erase immutable Coin/purchase records required for reconciliation or resolve outstanding store subscriptions.
Service changes and availability
We may add, remove, limit, or change features and supported regions. We will not silently convert Coins to cash value, expose exact peer location, or relabel Memory as Live. Material changes to these product boundaries require an explicit product update.
Disclaimers
Bubble is provided on an “as available” basis. User content is created by users and may be inaccurate, offensive, unsafe, unavailable, or removed. To the extent permitted by applicable rules, Bubble does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific audience, location accuracy, content permanence, relationship outcomes, revenue, Coin value, or that every harmful act will be prevented.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable rules, Umut Öztosun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused by unauthorized reliance on user content, location, or virtual items. Any mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot be excluded remain unaffected. The maximum aggregate liability for other claims is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Disputes and governing terms
These Terms are governed by Laws of the Republic of Türkiye / Istanbul, Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Dispute contact: support@bubblehere.com. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver.
