Delete your Bubble account
Account deletion is available inside the app and by email. This page is the public deletion route for Bubble, operated by Umut Öztosun.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Bubble and go to Settings → Account & Data → Delete account.
- Cancel any active store subscription first. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are two separate actions.
- If you want a copy of your data, request an export before you confirm deletion.
- Confirm with your Apple, Google or recovery sign-in, then type DELETE to start the request.
Delete without the app
If you cannot open the app, email support@bubblehere.com from the address associated with your account and ask for deletion. Ownership is verified before the request is carried out.

Deleting your Bubble account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store that sold it, otherwise it can keep renewing after your account is gone.
Take your data with you
Request an export before deleting, from Settings → Account & Data or by emailing kvkk@bubblehere.com. An export is not available after deletion has completed.

What is kept, and why
- Security audit records are kept for 180 days so abuse, fraud and account-takeover investigations remain possible.
- Purchase and transaction records are kept for 10 years because tax and accounting rules require it.
- Moderation evidence about a decision is kept in pseudonymous form so appeals can be reviewed fairly.
- Content you sent to other people in a conversation may remain visible to them until it expires under the schedule above.
Changing your mind
During the 30-day grace period you can cancel the request by signing in again and choosing to cancel deletion. After the grace period the deletion runs and cannot be undone.
